TabTrade Overview - What to Know Before You Sign Up

Tab Trade — The Short Version

TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, a New Zealand-regulated broker.

His background matters. It means the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. Still more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys went the other way. Not the typical playbook.

What you can trade: forex, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something that launched in March 2026, that coverage is not narrow.

The Software

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both platforms from the same login. Most brokers pick one platform. Getting both matters. You are not locked into one.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you have traded on a MetaQuotes platform previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Better DOM. More responsive charts. Built-in algo trading. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is there for bots but needs the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is reportedly on the roadmap. That should round things out when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Straightforward. $0 to start. Suits beginners.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for an offshore broker. Most platforms that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. TabTrade has no minimum.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, faster fills, custom pricing. Not for the average person. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.

Infrastructure

The speed is where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers quote 100ms to 300ms.

Does it matter? If you scalp, yes. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That is something about priorities.

Put together that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering makes sense. Not many platforms at this price point offer execution like this.

The FSRA Question

Now, the thing you need to be straight about. The broker is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. There are ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

That said. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in Equinix connectivity. This does not guarantee anything. It should factor into your decision.

The trade-off: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off works is your call.

The Bonus

Tab Trade has bonus funds of up to $2,000. Usual deposit match. You fund your account, they top up your balance. The normal fine print: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before you deposit.

The complete breakdown, with regulation, withdrawals, pricing, and the more info bonus read more terms, is at Trade The Day.
